Could long-read sequencing unlock new insights from your research?
Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Integrated Sciences and Agilent Technologies, in partnership with the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics, are offering two researchers the opportunity to sequence 16 samples each.

Selected projects will use Agilent Technologies’ SureSelect Max Long-Read custom target enrichment workflow with Oxford Nanopore sequencing - helping researchers generate more complete, informative and actionable genomic insights.


How to Apply
Submit a 250-word abstract explaining:

  • The research challenge you are addressing

  • How Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing and Agilent SureSelect Max targeted enrichment could support your project

  • The insights you hope to uncover



Who should apply?
Your proposed project must:

  • Be suitable for the SureSelect Max Long-Read workflow with Oxford Nanopore sequencing, with a maximum Tier 2 design size of 2.99 Mb

  • Have suitable DNA samples ready for submission

  • Be ready for custom enrichment panel design, supported by Integrated Sciences

  • Provide the required samples to the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics for library preparation and sequencing

  • Have access to in-house bioinformatics expertise for data analysis and interpretation

  • Be available to present the project outcomes at a seminar co-hosted by Oxford Nanopore Technologies and Integrated Sciences
