Service


Integrated Sciences provides equipment calibration, preventative maintenance and repair and applicable to each instrument that we sell and support. Please enquire for specific options available for your instrument(s) of interest.
Prior to Integrated Sciences carrying out repairs and/or service of any kind the following steps need to be taken:

  • Complete a Declaration of Contamination and return this form with the goods if they are being sent to one of our repair facilities or give to the service engineer on-site prior to commencement of work. Please note it is the responsibility of the instrument user to ensure the equipment can be handled without exposing personnel to health hazards and that it is illegal to ship contaminated instruments.
  • Any equipment being returned to our service facilities will need to be booked in advance and you will be provided with a Goods Return Authorisation number that will need to be included with the goods when they are returned.
  • Prior to commencement of any work we require a purchase order number or credit card details to be provided to our service department.
  • At the completion of any work by Integrated Sciences a Field Service Report will be provided to the end-user.

Support


Applications support and operating training is provided for all products we sell applicable to the use and nature of the product. Training may be provided in one or all of the following formats via operator manuals, phone help desk and web support, and on-site support as required.
We aim to ensure users are provided with the necessary support to benefit as best they can from the goods and services they purchase from Integrated Sciences.
